If a candidate violates the contest rules mentioned above, the organization has the right to disqualify without any refund, or withdraw the title obtained and demand the return of any type of prize. If a candidate causes damage to the organization's staff or has bad behavior in a public appearance, the organization will have the right to deprive her of any title obtained and demand compensation for moral damage. If the candidates, parents, companions or national directors misinform about the contest or its results through the media, internet, radio, etc., the organization will have the right to deprive her of any title obtained and demand compensation for moral damage. The vice queen will replace Miss Latin America in case of temporary or permanent absence for the following reasons: illness, resignation, getting married, pregnancy, or for any other event that in the judgment of the organization, merits stripping her of the title, crown and prizes.
